Our first monovarietal. Obtained from a dedicated plot, made up of 11 rows, where we make a meticulous selection of the bunches to enhance the complex and elegant character of the Cabernet Franc.
The history of these 11 rows was born at the time of the choice of clones, made directly in France based on the characteristics of our land.
Once the vineyard reached maturity we realized that the peculiarities of the Bolgheri terroir together with the ritual of selecting the best bunches by the winemaker allow this vine to express its maximum potential, therefore after a careful study to find the woods most suitable for its refinement came the choice to dedicate a label to it.
A deep wine, with Mediterranean and elegant vegetal traits.
